Kamica Goins acquired her Master Cosmetologist License in 2005 from Empire Beauty School in the State of Georgia.

Kamica has always been on the cutting edge of new trends: Following in the footsteps of her cousin and mentor Anita Hampton she then relocated from Georgia to Maryland and trained at "Hair Fantasy" learning the skill of applying lace hair units and toupees for men, women and children suffering from hair loss.

In 2009, Kamica returned to Georgia and started “Lace Hair Care Salon"
with a focus on hair replacement.

Kamica has been consistently setting the standard for quality customer service by presenting quality one-on-one care to her clients to give them the utmost attention and personal experience they deserve.

Kamica has always had a passion for the care of natural hair. This is not just a hair business for Kamica: it is a culture and childhood dream to express who she is.

She believes that natural hair embodies life, beauty and spirit... the natural hair texture transcends imaginations, creates conversation and exudes strength. Her goal is not to use harsh chemicals on her client’s hair, but to work with natural hair.

Kamica takes pride in empowering and training her clients on how to take care of their natural, overly kinky, curly hair.

With this renewed objective, the Lace Hair Care brand is now primarily focusing on natural hair care, utilizing product lines that cater to the health of natural hair.

Certified in Low-Level Light Therapy by Hair Loss Control Clinic (HLCC), Kamica learned how to help restore scalp and thinning hair. She continues to educate herself in this ever-growing beauty industry. Kamica is also a Certified “Lavish Lash” Extension Expert, and a Brazilian Keratin Treatment Specialist, certified by Marcia Teixeira.

Kamica has a loving and supportive husband whom she has known for over 20 years, and their marriage is forever blossoming.

They have an 8-year-old son who has brought joy and meaning to both their lives. She also has the love and support from both sides of her family as well as some of her long-term clients. She loves networking and continues to grow her business.
